Tiled stove, Landshut, mid-17th century
This room was probably the duke's bedroom from the era of the Rich Dukes onwards, and was refurnished several times. Its name is a reference to the allegorical ceiling paintings of 1578 which were destroyed in the Trausnitz fire in 1961. The baroque tiled stove is a typical product from the town of Landshut, with its long, well-established porcelain and pottery tradition.
